We serve reindeer all year round in our restaurant
We serve Open faced sandwiches every day for lunch
In January and for a few months ahead, we serve Skrei from Lofoten. It is served in a traditional way, and in Northern Norway, it is called "Mølje"
In early summer, fresh fried mackerel is added to the menu, served with cucumber salad and sour cream
Around June, we receive fresh Minke whale, which we serve as a steak with fried onions
We also serve our large shellfish platter all year round, see separate information
In autumn, we serve Norwegian forest mushrooms in various preparations
Norwegian lamb is on the menu from autumn
In October, we start serving Lutefisk at Engebret
From November 1st, our grand Christmas menu begins.
